The Servitors are a largely decadent group that spends its nights playing at politics and making half-hearted plans for the mighty Set's return. Many of them feel the Corruptor's touch, and indulge in weird, bloody rituals that may or may not imply Infernalist leanings. They occupy cities that are not blessed with a Technology Guild outpost or Silicon Blaze caern, and accumulate a number of ghouls and Influenced servants among the city's population. Such cities are often nigh-medieval (or earlier) in terms of sanitation, technology, human lifespan and quality of life.
There are less decadent cores of this group, but these exist in areas ruled by a strong Prince with his or her own agenda. Many members of the "lesser" clans and bloodlines in these places may find themselves subject to a ritual like the Sabbat's Vaulderie or even conversion to entirely loyal Blood Brothers.
